This place is cute and I really really wanted to like it. The people who work there were very kind and attentive even with a huge rush of people. HOWEVER. The food was absolutely inedible. It was so so bad. I got a scrambled egg dish that supposedly came with onions, tomatoes, and spinach. When it came out, the eggs were dry and cold, as if they came out of a package and were briefly microwaved. Additionally, the tomatoes and onions were raw and cold and not mixed in at all. No spinach to be found, although I suppose it doesn't matter because it would have been uncooked and bland as well. My partner ordered the Italian avocado toast, and it came out cold and flavorless as well, with minimal avocado and a COLD fried egg placed on top. I seriously doubt these eggs are being cooked fresh.
My theory is that they are offering a full-kitchen menu while they only have a tiny food bar next to the coffee bar that clearly does not have the resources to make full meals. If I were them, I would stick to pastries.
The coffee: I was initially impressed by their claims of "specialty" coffee, but I tried their drip, and it tasted like every other over-roasted slightly burnt drip coffee I've had. Nothing special.
Overall, the place has potential, and I really hope they will do better in the future.
Talk about a hidden gem. This is a great coffee house. I had the best breakfast burrito in a long time. There are plenty of great coffee and tea selections. Wondering where to go for brunch? this is the place!
Wish they cleaned the tables but it's a really cool place to chill out. Good place to grab a drink and work on a laptop. Food was good, drinks are really good. Service is good.
Ordered French toast, went to sit down at one of the tables that wasn't clean just like most of them. 😶🌫️
They ended up walking up to the table and say they were out, we asked for something similar they had no idea what to recommend. We asked for a refund and they gave us the money back for the French toast not the tips lol. Anyway it ended well but just a bit bitter about the not too friendly service from the blonde woman and the whole experience.
I'll go back for the drinks, not for the food.
While I have historically not been a fan of coffee, this establishment has been a game-changer for me. Their Caffè Carmelo and Ice Blended Carmelo are exceptional, rivaling the taste of high-end desserts. Moreover, they outperform similar offerings at Starbucks in both taste and value. The food menu does not disappoint either; I particularly recommend the Spicy Chicken Flatbread. Although there is room for improvement in terms of cleanliness, with some areas needing attention and a spider web near the entrance inside, the overall experience is second to none. This establishment earns a 10/10 rating from me and stands as the best coffee venue in the entire county. It also offers a great atmosphere for socializing.
i really enjoyed the atmosphere at this coffee shop. it is a little out of the way if you're not from the area and choose to visit off the freeway but it is definitely hip and worth the visit. the patio was a highlight on our visit and a great place to spend the afternoon at. the cold brews we ordered came out fairly quickly and were delicious. i also recommend making your way up the stairs to the loft area and enjoying the view inside. i also really liked they had a small room dedicated to be a small art gallery and i hope they keep that part open!
Great food and service during a breakfast outing. Nice outdoor seating and reasonably priced too.
This is a really cute coffee shop. They offer lots of appetizer/ lunch options for food. I didn't order anything, but my friend ordered avocado toast and another one ordered what looked like a mini personal pizza. The coffee was delicious, I had a lower sugar hazelnut cappuccino. The atmosphere was cute, clean and a bit more spacious than your typical coffee joint. I'd come here again!
Food was amazing and even though they were kind of busy, food was still delivered to my table at a reasonable time. 10/10 recommend.
